]]> Valentino: Was burned with acid, attacked with what appeared to be a weed whacker and was in terrible pain. He has been through more than any dog should have to endure and now is in need of a special, forever home. Here he is in the shelter:

Valentino has come so far from his days on death row ! Despite the physical and emotional damage that he endured, he has come out strong and has made more progress than we could have ever hoped for!

He went through almost a year of physical and behavior rehab and now Tino has made a complete recovery.  Look at the amazing progress he has made:

 

After months of searching for a home for this amazing boy,  a wonderful and loving Gentleman stepped forward to provide Tino with a forever home. We thank him so much and know Tino will bring him as much joy as he has brought the TAP Family

Yesterday we were informed that there were 9 pit mix puppies dumped at SB City Shelter yesterday at 4pm. Because they were only 6 weeks old, they were going to be euthanized immediately. We were able to rally and get them into vet boarding for the night and now they are down here in San Diego. Our vet bill is already at $400 and growing! We also need item donations such as food, puppy pads, etc.

We desperately need fosters and donations. We were not financially prepared to take on 10 pups, one of which has a horrible looking eye.
